Athletic Therapy

Athletic Therapy assesses and treats all manner of musculoskeletal issues. Which means if you’ve injured a muscle, bone or joint or are active and want to avoid injuring your muscles, bones or joints, then seeing a certified Athletic Therapist may be just the thing for you.


Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention, joint mobilizations, soft-tissue massage, stretching and more. They combine their in-depth knowledge of the body and how it works with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury or disability.


Chiropractic care is a patient-centered, non-invasive, hands-on treatment focused on your spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. Chiropractors use the best available evidence and clinical expertise to diagnose issues that affect your body’s movement. They treat them without medication or surgery and prevent them from returning. Chiropractors not only treat the spine but are able to treat any joint in the body.


We provide emergency medical coverage at stand alone event (eg. tournaments, community runs, coporate events) and sports teams.


Fascial Stretch Therapy is an system of therapy that dramatically improves flexibility and range of motion, reduces pain and soreness, increases self-awareness and makes you feel amazing!


Exercise programs are aimed at improving health, so you can feel better than you did beforehand. Therapeutic exercise is similar in this way; however, it also implements targeted activities that are aimed at relieving pain and restoring you to your optimum level of physical function.
